MAKE A CLAIM
Let’s get you covered
For emergency and out of office hours claims you should phone the number stated in your policy wording, usually at the front of the book. This can also often be found in the policy summary.
In the unfortunate event that you need to make a claim, we’ll be on hand to help you every step of the way.
For less urgent claims you can either call us on (our lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.) or complete our claims submission form below.
We recommend that you notify us as soon as possible that you need to make a claim. It’s really important that you let us know if anything changes as, it may impact your cover and your ability to make a claim.
If you’re the main policy holder, please be aware that you’re responsible for making claims, even if you’re covering members of your family or sharers.
Our aim is to provide you with the best possible customer service at the time when you need us the most.
You’ll need to let us know if:
- you’re planning to move home or change address
- the number of people on your policy changes
- you change your contact email address
- the payment details for your policy change
It is important to engage a Loss Assessor as early as possible in the claims process.
Many people make the mistake of only appointing loss assessors when they need them, so when things go wrong. Unfortunately, things can and often do go wrong during the insurance claims process.
For best results, it is vital that you enlist the services of a loss assessor as early as possible – ideally as soon as you know you’ve got an insurance claim on your hands.
However, if you wait until things go wrong before you appoint a loss assessor, it won’t be as easy for us to prepare and present a successful claim. We can’t stress this enough – for best results, you must appoint a loss assessor the moment you realise that you have to submit a claim.
